Free State Stars will be aiming to bounce back to winning ways when Polokwane City make the trip to Goble Park on Saturday evening.
Coach Nikola Kavazovic has seen his side suffer back-to-back defeats, with a 5-0 loss to a rampant Cape Town City followed by a disappointing 2-1 defeat to Richards Bay in the Nedbank Cup last Saturday.
However, with three new signings coming in ahead of the January transfer deadline, Kavazovic will have the opportunity to shuffle his starting line-up for the clash with Rise and Shine.
Botswana captain and central defender Simisani Mathumo has been drafted in from Township Rollers, along with CAPS United striker Michelle Katsvairo and SC Villa winger Martin Kizza.
And, the three new additions will hoping to make their debuts in the absence of a number of players.
According to club physio Ryan Coert, Mpho Maruping and Yusuf Jappie will not be available for tomorrow’s clash due to slight knocks, but will start training on Monday.
As far as the suspensions are concerned, only Sibusiso Hlubi is set to miss out.
